She is survived by: her husband Omer Dale Proctor; her daughters, Tonya Sivori (Vincent), Laurie Cornell (Todd) and Cassy Luckett (Joe); her sister Mary Hedgespeth (Terry); her siblings-in-law, Wanda Ritz (Bob), Rose, Cheryl Carey, Marvin Proctor (Eula) and Lynn Durr; her grandchildren, Austin Luckett (Lauren), Shelby Brown (A. J.), Samantha Merideth (Chad), Sidney Schell (Zachary), Danielle Dishon (Dustin) and Janzen Sivori (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Gabby, Avaley Luckett, David Allen Brown, Clara Lorraine, AnnaKate Merideth, Reed, Hallie Rae Dishon and Calvin Joel Sivori (C. J.).
