He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lucas and Dora Lucas; his son Mark Wayne Lucas; and the parents of child, Jesse Willard Lucas and Dora Frances Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Lucas; his children, Jeremy Lucas (Tiffany), Billy Lucas Jr., Theresa Bruce (Gary), Ralph Lucas, Melissa Lucas, Jeffery Lucas and Michael Lucas; his grandchildren, Auggy Lucas, Abby Wheatley (Zack), Ally Lucas, Jason Lucas, Stephanie Whitaker and Michelle Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Devin, Paris and Landon. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and close friends.
