He is survived by : his children, Billie Jo Murphy, Tamay Clark (Casey), Sheila Brock (Kyle), Billy Joe Murphy Jr. and Mary Kay Russell; his stepdaughters, Darla Harper and Christy Barcus; his siblings, Mary Worner, Betty Nelson, Larry Murphy, Donald Murphy, William Murphy and Eddie Shuffitt; his girlfriend Cathy Woolett; and his pet Snow Ball. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
