She is survived by: her children, David Kevin Fields (Angela) of Lakeland, Tennessee and Angela Sue Setzer of Fairdale, Kentucky; her grandchildren, David Hunter Fields (Maggie) of Draper, Utah, Holly Bryant (James) of Lakeland, Tennessee and Brianna Setzer of Louisville, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, August, Dawson, Sawyer, Nora, Teddie and Scottie; and her sisters, Grace Dean Lashley (Gilbert) and Evelyn Shrader (Larry).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Service (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Campground Memorial Cemetery (141 Mt Elmira Rd, Shepherdsville, KY 40165).
