He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester and Mary Lucille Sturgeon (Snyder); his great grandchildren, Troy Sebastian and Grace Sebastian; and his nephew Michael Sturgeon (Mickey).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sturgeon (Duncan); his children, Christopher Scott Sturgeon (Brenda), Christa Lynn Harley (Jessie) and Charles Todd Sturgeon (Lesley); and his brother Paul Sturgeon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
