We are sad to announce that, on August 20, 2025, at the age of 32, Corey Lee Gardner of Shepherdsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Corey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Troy Gardner (Ina) and Crystal Metcalfe (Steven Banet); his siblings, Joey Banet, Georgia and Jacob Carmichael; and his grandmother Fay Bennett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
