He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Slusher Jackson; and his daughter Destiny Fannin. He is survived by: his father David Alton Haynie Sr.; his sisters, Jennifer Dinger and Rachel Truesdell; his grandmother Alene Slusher Houston; and his nephews, Lucian Dinger and Michael Dinger. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Assembly of God (1220 Cincinnati Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
