She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Phelps, Sr. and Ethel Rose Phelps; her siblings, Jerry Phelps, Billy Phelps and Carol Jean Alvey; and her friend Pat Michler.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Phelps, Gary Phelps and Dawn Gratton (Tony); her nieces, Chloe Phelps and Kileigh Schmidt; her nephew Lincoln Schmidt; and her great-niece Lylah Wray.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home-Shepherdsville (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
