It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianne Marie Bates of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Linker and Angela M. Linker (Passanisi); and her brother Gerald L. "Jerry" Linker. She is survived by: her children, Laura Dunagan-Scherzinger, Jackie Stotts (Dave), Ed Dunagan, Jr. (Erin) and Angie Dunagan; and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
