She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe James and Reva Bessie Gassaway (Johnson); her daughter Vicki Skaggs; her husband Billy Ray Skaggs; and her brothers, Carroll and Buddy Gassaway.
She is survived by : her children, Randy Skaggs (Pam), Steve Skaggs (Susie) and Renee Wurfel; and her grandchildren, Jessica (James), Jennifer, Nicole (Charles), Erika (Aaron) and Dustin.
