She was predeceased by: her parents, Wirty "Tex" Bradley and Ruth Bradley (Weird); her former husband Paul D. Samuels; and her sisters, Myrna, Janet, Diane and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel W. Samuels (Kathy), Marilyn Stevens, Steven Samuels (Cindy) and Laura Hardin; her grandchildren, Chastity (Jason), Matthew (Michelle), Paul, Amanda, Brittany, Thad (Megan) and Emilee (Joe); her great grandchildren, Kane (Peyton), Julia, Elizabeth, Grant, Anmarie, Nevaeh (Gracie), Lincoln, Bronson, Samuel and Paul-David; her great great grandchildren, Natalie and Torrin; and her sisters, Beverly Cox (Samuel) and Debbie Bradley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
