He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Mosby and Rosie Garmon Mosby; and his siblings, Kyle Mosby, Louise Cook and Dennis Mosby.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Christina Maras; his sons, Derek Mosby (Amy) of Georgetown, KY and Eric Mosby (Jamie) of Shepherdsville, KY; his grandchildren, Brendan Mosby, Nick Mosby, Tyler Mosby, Megan Mosby and Allison Mosby; and his brother Ray Mosby (Mildred) of Marrowbone, KY..
