She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Hunter and Laverne Hunter; and her siblings, Gene Hunter and Sharon Wood. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her son Geoffrey (Ashley); her grandchildren, Elysse, Graham and Milly Kate; her daughters, Melissa and Jadyn; and her brother Rick Hunter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home-Shepherdsville (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Brookland Cemetery.
