He was predeceased by : his fiancé Angel Merkley; and his grandparents, Herschel Milliner, Sr., Irvin and Lillie Miller. He is survived by : his father Ronald Dean Miller; his son Chandler Scott Merkley-Miller; his mother Charlotte Milliner Sizemore (Milliner); his stepfather Eddie Sizemore; and his brother Nick Miller.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family express donations be made to Scott Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses.
