She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia "Patty" Underwood and Steve Johnson; and her sons, William "Billy" (Julie), Robert "Bobby" (Colleen) and Samuel "Sam" (Selena). She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
