He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Shockley and Permelia Hendrix Shockley; and his brother Michael Robin Shockley. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Grace Shockley; his siblings, Teresa Ann Luce, Sharline Vaughan, Jason Shockley and Nathan Shockley; and his pets, Natasha and Lil'Bit.
