He is survived by: his wife Mary Mann Parsley; his daughter Tonya; his siblings, Dolly Coomes, Diane Cornett (Billy), Patricia Offutt (Kenny) and Tony Parsley (Tracy); his grandchildren, Adam Mann, Christian Mann, Bethany Caldwell, Christina Minton, Nicole Jessie, Brianna Druck, Leah Parsley, Tyler Thurman and Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Ayden Mann, Carter Caldwell, Taylor Caldwell, Nova Minton, Lucas Minton, Alice Jessie, Paislee Druck, Anthony Gadd, Marley Gadd, Austin Scott Cunningham, Brian Cunningham and Ellie Height; Wayne, Anna Cunningham (Terry Scott), Joseph Parsley, Jr. (Shannon), Robbie, Fealisha Cunningham, Austin Cunningham, Dakota Cunningham, Hallie Height and Cameron Cunningham.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maraman Billings Funeral Home (605 Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
