It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Noonan (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter A. Fischer and Marian Fischer (Baisch); and her brothers, Dennis, Michael and Keith Fischer.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Noonan; her daughter Kristina Payton; her grandson Jayden Payton; her sister Kathie Organ; her nieces, April Hyskell (David), Candice Philpot (Jason) and Jennifer Smith (Dustin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aliza Hyskell, Riglee, Raelynn Smith, Ashlynn Philpot, Alec Armstrong (Kirby) and Samuel Philpot; her pets, Allman, Sadie Mae and Sassy Pants; and also Atticus Armstrong.
