She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lindsay (Betty Cundiff) and Diane; her husband Perry; her sons, Brian (Rachel), Steve (Dawn) and Mike (Amanda); her grandchildren, Paige Cook, Taylor Foote, Lilly Cook, Riley Cook, Beau Cook, Ally Sallee and Addy Powell; her brother David Cundiff (Cheri); her aunt Nora Mae Shepherd (Cecil); and her uncle Dickie Dever (Vicki). She was also cherished by her seven great-grandchildren.
