He was predeceased by: his father Paul Joseph Bickett. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Bickett; his children, Calvin Joseph and Cami Ann; his mother Donna Bickett; his brother Kerry Bickett (Karen); his sister-in-law Connie Daugherty (Lee); his nieces and nephews, Makayla, Avery, Blake, Cayden, Morgan and Logan; his furry best friend and child Biscuit; and his feisty furry child Gravy (Kit Kat).
In memory of Kevin, the family suggests donations to the Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati.
