He was predeceased by: his former wife Chantel Fluhr. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Fluhr Sr. (Tommy); his children, Justin Fluhr, Seth Fluhr and Keslee Fluhr; his father Larry D. Fluhr Sr.; his siblings, Kimberly Napier, Bonnie Winebrenner and Tony Fluhr (Artie); his grandchildren, Kamya Kendrick, Arieale Fluhr, Kendall Fluhr and Stormy Fluhr; his aunts, Nancy "LuLu" Perry and Cyndi Fluhr; and his nieces and nephews, Trenton Napier, Haley Shockley (Jacob), Brittney Worman (Brent) and Megan Winebrenner. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
