He is survived by: his parents, Dana and Jeremy; his grandparents, Dan, Sheri Giacalone, Janet Brown and Andy Conder (Bonnie); and his great-grandparent Judy Conder (Walter). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Norton Children's Hospital Foundation, Brave Hearts, or Ronald McDonald House in honor of Liam. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Norton Children's Hospital, the Norton Children's Foundation, and Brave Hearts for the compassionate care they provided to sweet Liam.
