He is survived by: his wife Doris Lorene Mullins; his children, Eddie Merle Mullins (Annette), Carol Elizabeth Burke (Steve) and James David Mullins (Teresa); his grandchildren, James Anthony Mullins (Ashley), Amanda Earline Gabehart (Logan), Rebekah Ashley Mullins, Sarah Mikalah Mullins, Patrick Shane Sullivan, Ian Michael Sullivan (Julia) and Rachel Lopez; his great grandchildren, James David Mullins, Victoria Bell and Wesley Dawson Sullivan; his stepgrandson Nicholas Walls; and his son-in-law Javier Lopez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
