She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chesser and Virgie Chesser Milburn. She is survived by: her husband Fred Noel, Sr.; her children, Stephen Estes, Amy Estes (Willis Jones) and Alisha Judware (Wayne); her stepchildren, Fred Noel, Jr. and Regina Noel-Smith; and her siblings, Darrell Chesser (Debbie), Wanda Robinson, Devola Reynolds (David) and Cathy Hoagland. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
