He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Foster and Josephine Foster (Tinnell); his grandson Wesley Andrew Ridener; his sister Judy Schmitt; and his niece Kelly Schmitt Purdue.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Foster (Purcell); his children, Lorie Blake (Doug "Blake") and Donald "Donnie" Foster (April); his grandchildren, Clayton Ridener, Destiny Hamilton (William), Jody Foster, Lillyan Miles (Timothy), Tessa Blake, Ashton Luckett, Landon Blake and Shelbie Blake; and his great grandchildren, William Hamilton IV "Liam", David Miles and Sylvia Miles.
