She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert "Woodrow" Lee Ralston and Ruth Jessie (Fendley); her husband John M. Smith; her siblings, Raymond E. Ralston and Judith "Judy" Ralston Young; and her great grandchild Edward Heath.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Eugene Smith (Charlotte), Debbie Lynn Heath (Greg), Maurice Douglas Smith and Melissa RaeAnn "Missy" Smith; her nephew Jerry Ralston (Vicki); her grandchildren, Nicole Johnson, Jonathan Heath and Roseanna Heath Headley; and her great grandchildren, Dillian, Byron, Aubrey, Kenny, Winston, Wyatt, Kensley and Elona. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Greater Life Apostolic Church and Apostolic Lighthouse Church to honor Ruby are appreciated.
