He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Walker and Mayme Walker; and his wife Willie Faye Engle Walker. He is survived by: his son William H. Walker Campbell (Clersie); his sister Joyce Eversole; and his grandsons, William Fredrick, Joseph Eric and William Sherman Edward. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701-1922). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
