Shirley Ruth Wright Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 2, 2025, at the age of 88, Shirley Ruth Wright of Shepherdsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Shirley Ruth's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Strunk and Mittie "Phillips" Strunk. She is survived by: her husband James D. Wright; her daughters, Karen Crenshaw (Barry) and Beverly George (Brad); her granddaughters, Michelle and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Makalah, Hendrick and Juliana; and her sister Bonnie Burke.
