He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Evans and Sybil Evans; and his brother Walter Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Tracey Evans; his daughter Kristi Evans; his grandson Shayne Evans; and his siblings, Jimmy, John, Bobby, David and Judy Hack.
