With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Louise Swallow of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 22, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Haze Carl Church and Sadie Money-Church; her husband Cecil K. Swallow; and her siblings, Rosetta Perry, Larry Church, Sr., Margaret Ries, Martha Church and Clair Church.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Hux (Lori), Kimberly Doll (Ruben) and Amy Storms; her grandchildren, William Hux (Amber), Michael Hux, Ryann DeWeese (Jason), Bradley Holcomb (Julie), Savannah Hacker and Emma Lynn Martin; her great grandchildren, Alura Hux, Leo Hux, Harley Hux, Kaitlin DeWeese and Jacob DeWeese; and her brothers, Darrell Church (Dahlia) and Jack Church.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Creek First Baptist Church (754 Bellwood Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004).
