He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bernice (Willett) and Charles Miller, Sr.; his wife Minnie Miller (Quiggins); and his brother Michael Miller. He is survived by: his children, Melissa "Missy" Klimusko (Allan), James "Jimmy" Miller (Rhonda) and Leann Miller; his grandchildren, Tyler Elder, Hayden Elder, George Walters, Ethan Miller, Robert Miller and Henry Miller; his great grandchildren, Grayson Walters, Emersyn Walters and Brooklyn Elder; and his siblings, Patrick Miller (Janice), Joseph Miller (JoEtta), Nema Davis (David), Susan Sandage, Joann Brawand (Walter) and Cynthia Miller.
