With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathey Hamblin Garland of Siler, Kentucky, who passed away on August 22, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roscoe Hamblin. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Garland (T. J.) of Siler, KY; her siblings, Evalee Cowell of Paducah, KY and Leon Hamblin of Oklahoma; and her niece Sandra Yount (Steve) of Williamsburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
