He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Josephine King Overall and Roscoe Coleman Overall, Sr.; his wife Virginia Loving Overall; his siblings, Sarah Ann Washington, Marie "Rita" Loving, Margaret Walker, Dalphine Todd, Ora Lee Washington, James Overall and Phyllis King Overall Thomas; and his great grandchild Madison McClellan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Dana Overall McClellan of Simpsonville and Donna Overall of Simpsonville; his sister Lina Mae Birdine of Louisville; his grandchildren, Maurice McClellan, Madison McClellan (Emma) and Megan McClellan; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel McClellan, Idris McClellan and Nissi McClellan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
