She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jr. Witten and Ruby Witten. She is survived by: her husband Stan Blevins; her daughter Summer Caudill (Chase) of Staffordsville, Kentucky.; her granddaughters, Caroline Eden Caudill and Catherine Esther Caudill; and her friend Paintsville Church of Christ. She is also survived by family members and friends.
