He was predeceased by : his parents, Peggy Sue Austin Phillips and Billy Phillips; and his siblings, Billy Lou Phillips II and Tamara Carlene Chaney. He is survived by : his daughter Caitlyn Dame of Madisonville; and his grandson Anniston Dame of Madisonville.
