With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell McConnell of Slaughters, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Brown Scott and Bruce McConnell; and his brother Tommy McConnell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Pharris McConnell; his children, Jason McConnell (Andrea) of Manitou and Debbie Craig of Madisonville; his siblings, Gerald McConnell (Patty), Stevie McConnell, Doyle McConnell (Becky), Billy McConnell (Joyce) and Patricia McConnell; his grandchildren, Jordan Craig, Tyler Craig, Morgan Canler (Brett), Caleb Craig (Kayleigh) and Mason McConnell; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Leilani-Grace, Aspin, Rylee, Tylen, Ryder, Adler and Cohen.
