He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Fuller Harper; his sister Carol Poteet; his niece Teresa Poteet; and his nephew Mike Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Dutton Harper; his sister Janet "Jan" Mitchell (William "Dickie"); his daughter Tina Harper (Jim Nalley); his grandchildren, Jereomy Harper, Kaylyn, Zelene Zaleta, Anthony and Tasha Nalley; his great grandchildren, Finley, Avarie, Kayleigh, Jordan Demuth, Delaney, Rob Doner and Hudson; Amy, Nathaniel Doner and Kylee Brady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
