It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny R. Bacon (Slaughters, Kentucky), born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuel John and Carrie Jane Bacon (Davis); his son Steven Bacon; and his brothers, Terry and Randy Bacon.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Bacon (Nance); his daughter Aimee Harnage (Jim) of Clarksville, TN; his daughter-in-law Lorna Bacon of Slaughters, KY; his grandchildren, Shyanne, Austin and Nikki; his siblings, Rhonda Love (Terry) of Evansville, IN, Janet Katz of Evansville, IN and Denny Bacon (Elaine) of Richmond, KY; and his sister-in-law Sue Bacon of Mt. Vernon, IN..
