She is survived by: her husband Terry Forbes of Slaughters; her children, LuAnne Capps McClanahan (Kenny) of Grundy, VA, Dr. Sandra Capps of Nortonville, Teri Nix (Jonathan) of Madisonville, Jim Capps (Pam) of Thomson, GA, Dr. Gregory Capps (Virginia) of Roanoke, VA and Nathan Forbes of Madisonville; and her siblings, Cindy Wonders (Michael) of Evansville, IN, Lorrie Soriano (Isidro) of Maui and Roy Carlton Tudor (Sadie) of Madisonville.
