He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Kolodey and Mamie Newman Kolodey; and his wife Florence Marie Timmons Kolodey. He is survived by: his sons, Monte Kolodey of Slaughters and Randy Kolodey (Shirley) of Madisonville, KY; his brother Fred Kolodey of Plano, TX; his grandchild Hayden Kolodey of Evansville, IN; his great grandchildren, Nathan Tapp (Maddi) of Madisonville and Brooklyn Jones (Heath) of Nebo, KY; his great great grandchildren, Leland Tapp, Jax Tapp and Mason Jones; Neil Kolodey (Tara) of Providence, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
