He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Matt (Jeff), Brenda Freeze (Ryan) and Sam Creech; his stepchildren, Eddie, Tony and Kimberly; and his nieces and nephews, Cody, Colton, Aaron, Ashley, Cassidy and Rosemary. He is also survived by A Host of Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Family & Friends.
