He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Annette Utley (Inge). He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Knight (Jacob) and Nick Utley; his grandchildren, Zoe Smith, Mia Smith, Briar Utley, Alaster Knight, William Aiden Adams, Mason Adams, Amilia Knight, Nora Ruth Knight, Piper Utley and Murphy Utley; his great grandchildren, Maddox Sturtz and Dallas Sturtz; his father John Tom Utley; and his brothers, Mike Utley and Tommy Utley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice and/or Pathways Counseling Services in Henderson.
