She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce and Betty O; and her brother Harold O. She is survived by: her children, Julie Parks (Brian) of Evansville, IN and Josh Minton (Ashley) of Henderson, KY; her sisters, Phylis Hudson of Goodlettsville, TN, Cathryn Whitmore of Huntsville, AL, Norma Fruit of Henderson, KY and Regina Benson of Henderson, KY; her grandchildren, Carson Parks, Holden Minton and Abel Minton; and her close friend Lee Allee (Brenda Crawford) of Corydon, KY.
