He is survived by: his son Geoffrey Clay (Morgan) of Frankfort, Kentucky; his siblings, Donna Kay Randall of Danville, Angie Cole of Owensboro, Kentucky, Jim Goins of Owensboro, Kentucky and Charlie Goins of Owensboro, Kentucky; his granddaughter Madison B. Goins of Frankfort, Kentucky.; and his former wife Teresa Goins.
