He is survived by: his wife Kaity Olson (Skeen) of Smithfield; his daughters, Gwen and Athena Olson of Smithfield; his parents, Michael Olson and Julie Olson of Louisville; and his siblings, Noah Olson of Louisville and Emily "Em" Olson of Louisville.
