She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Gullion and Irene Gullion (Shelley); her son Boyd Noel; and her brother David Gullion. She is survived by: her siblings, Christine Webster (Gullion) of Winchester, VA., Charles Gullion (Linda) of Cincinnati, OH and Larry Gullion (Brenda) of Louisville, KY; and her grandson Stephen Boyd Noel.
