He is survived by: his father Marvin Rinker; his wife Michelle Gallo Rinker (Potts); his children, Will Rinker (Heather) of Shepherdsville, Waylon Rinker of Seymour, Rachel Brook Gallo and Hillary Dean Gallo; his siblings, David Rinker (Rhonda) of Elizabeth and Vicky Rinker of New Albany; his grandchildren, Dillian, Jaydian, Isabella, Savanna, Alexius, Myla, Bryson and Brooklyn; his great grandchildren, Renesmae and Raelynn; and his friends, Johnnie Watson, Steve Coyle, Jim Miller, Barry Card, Carl Johnson, Stevie Lanham and Kevin Speth.
