He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Lynne Mallory (Robbie) of Smithland and Rikki Eugenia Nethery (Andrew) of Smithland; his siblings, Roger Campbell (Tina) of Tiline, Neal Campbell (Belinda) of Grand Rivers, Kenny Campbell (Christy) of Smithland and Cathy Smith (Rick) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Kayce, Kensley, Taylor, Rayden, Kylee and Khloee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
