He is survived by: his wife Justice Pate of Smith's Grove, KY; his son Ricky Russell (Roo); his siblings, Jacob Pate, Aleshia Bryant (Jeremy), Shayla Forrest and Autumn Montgomery; and his nephews, Jackson Scantland and Nolan Tutt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
