He was predeceased by: his parents, William Feltner and Amelia Ritchie Feltner; and his siblings, William, Alonzo, Lewis Feltner and Cynthia Moore.

He is survived by: his brothers, Elliott Feltner, Carl Feltner, David Feltner (Bobbi), Albert Feltner and James Feltner; and also, Kayden and Zayden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
